Notes on prices

If only one person books the apartment there is a minimum charge of £110 per week. If the stay is for less than a week the cost is still £55 per person subject to a minimum charge of £110. Payments are also acceptable in $US or Euro at the prevailing currency exchange rate at the time of booking.

Subject to availability substantial discounts are available for long term rentals of 6 months or more please ask for details.

Changeover day

It's probable that change over days will eventually be on Sunday and Monday however as the property is brand new this is currently flexible.

Included in the rental price

Air-conditioning, gas and electricity are included in the rental charge.
The premises have the benefit of being protected by a dedicated night time security guard.

Booking notes

A deposit of £100 is payable at the time of booking the apartment. Full payment to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
